We have been operating within the Masurian region since 2007

Marina Nova sp. z o. o. (Ltd.) was established in 2007 and operates across the Masurian region, especially in the municipality of Mikołajki. The company’s area of operation encompasses the active management, development and renovation of our own real estate. The company rents out offices, stores, apartments and restaurants in the centre of Mikołajki. The company also rents out residential buildings and boat carports for wintering.

The most precious property in possession of the company are without a doubt the buildings in the centre of Mikołajki which are today considered to be its showpiece, inseparably linked to the city and recognisable in all of Europe – the building and restaurant “Sielawa”, Mikołajki’s amphitheatre, the service and residential buildings “Pasaż”, “Bulwar”, “Wieża”, “Kamienica”, which remain the main and most photographed place in the Pearl of Masuria to this day.

The company’s resources

The company is currently in possession of 22.87 hectares of investment areas in Mikołajki as well as 49,17 hectares in the city’s direct vicinity which are intended for commercialisation. Marina Nova currently disposes of over 21 100 m2 of area for rental for service, warehouse and residential purposes in Mikołajki, as well as over 3 200 m2 outside the city.

We believe that, apart from the economic aspect, it is important for a company to be ecologically active and to support the youngest members of society. With this in mind, Marina Nova is constantly investing in projects including environmentally-friendly lighting systems and renewable energy sources. We also consistently donate part of our profit to charitable causes, such as aiding ill children. One of the members of the company’s management board is among the precursors in the field of investment and commercial use of renewable energy in our country.
